Program
Competitive Boxing
Sparring-focused training for amateurs preparing to compete: conditioning, ring craft, and fight strategy.
The concept behind Competitive Boxing
Competitive Boxing is PunchTown's sparring-focused program for amateurs preparing to step into the ring for real. Training is built around the demands of a fight: conditioning blocks, ring craft, and a game plan you can execute under pressure.
Coaches who have fought professionally lead the work — from sparring rounds and situational drills to fight-week preparation — so you walk to the ring knowing exactly what you are there to do.
What you'll work on
- Supervised sparring and situational rounds
- Ring craft: cutting off the ring, angles, and range control
- Fight conditioning and conditioning blocks
- Combination punching and counter-punching
- Fight strategy and fight-week preparation
Who it's for
- Amateurs preparing for sanctioned competition
- Boxers with solid fundamentals ready for live sparring
- Fighters looking for coach-led fight prep
