Competitive Boxing

Sparring-focused training for amateurs preparing to compete: conditioning, ring craft, and fight strategy.

The concept behind Competitive Boxing

Competitive Boxing is PunchTown's sparring-focused program for amateurs preparing to step into the ring for real. Training is built around the demands of a fight: conditioning blocks, ring craft, and a game plan you can execute under pressure.

Coaches who have fought professionally lead the work — from sparring rounds and situational drills to fight-week preparation — so you walk to the ring knowing exactly what you are there to do.

What you'll work on

  • Supervised sparring and situational rounds
  • Ring craft: cutting off the ring, angles, and range control
  • Fight conditioning and conditioning blocks
  • Combination punching and counter-punching
  • Fight strategy and fight-week preparation

Who it's for

  • Amateurs preparing for sanctioned competition
  • Boxers with solid fundamentals ready for live sparring
  • Fighters looking for coach-led fight prep
